What We Believe
Our Statement of Faith
The Trinity
We believe in the Trinity Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - as the one true God, eternally existing in three persons (Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14). This divine unity is the foundation of our faith, guiding our understanding of God's nature and relationship with humanity.
Jesus Christ
We affirm Jesus Christ as the Son of God, fully divine and fully human, who came to earth to redeem humanity from sin (John 1:1-14, Philippians 2:5-11). We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous works, substitutionary death, and bodily resurrection, securing forgiveness and salvation for all who believe (1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, including wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discernment, and speaking in tongues (1 Corinthians 12:8-10). We acknowledge the Spirit's role in empowering believers for ministry, guiding us into truth, and transforming us into Christ's image (2 Corinthians 3:18).
Deliverance
We believe in the power of deliverance, as promised in Scripture (Psalm 107:2, Isaiah 49:24-25). Jesus' death and resurrection provide victory over sin, darkness, and bondage (Colossians 2:15). Through faith in Him, we are freed from the enemy's grasp, receiving liberation and restoration (Luke 4:18-19).
Healing
We believe in the healing power of God, demonstrated through Jesus' ministry and continued through His Church (Matthew 8:16-17, 1 Peter 2:24). By the stripes of Jesus, we are healed - body, soul, and spirit (Isaiah 53:5). We trust in God's goodness to restore health, wholeness, and well-being.
The Great Commission
We embrace the Great Commission, Jesus' mandate to make disciples of all nations, baptizing and teaching them to obey God's commands (Matthew 28:19-20). We are committed to spreading the Gospel, demonstrating God's love, and equipping believers for ministry.
Scriptural Authority
We affirm the Bible as the inspired, authoritative Word of God, guiding our faith, doctrine, and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17). We submit to Scripture's teachings, recognizing its transformative power in our lives.
